Determine municipality by pcn number: That determines who reviews it.
Mailing address of each and every lot shown on the sheet. Even if the engineer didn't show it.
State Plane Coordinates are required. Show them to the tenth (precision to the tenth) and they must be accurate to the foot. Include note on origin and Datum (Section Corners, NGD '88, '92 Adjustment, or whatever)
Stations and Offsets are required on Water As-builts, but may be ordered removed by County Reviewer.
Station and Offset zero-zero station must be a Sanitary Manhole and run towards another Manhole. If no Manholes exist in the project, use Catch Basins, after that, use power poles. Round distances to the nearest foot.
Field crew should have had these plans to do the field work.

Water Meters may not be in when water main is as-builted. (they are the responsibility of the lot contractor) but the Control Ball Valve must be asbuilted. That's the valve where the service will go into the meter.
Include 100 foot stations along every pipe. Full data at every station.
Note Rim Elevations and show asbuilt and plan elevations.

Note originating benchmark.
Show Drainage with Flow Arrows. This is now wanted by everyone.
Show Swales
Check all Setbacks for compliance. Double check if not enough.
Be sure drawing and job are logged in Plat Log. (no longer a project file)
Produce an Elevation Certificate (and Charge for it) in Lake Worth, West Palm Beach and Jupiter.
Produce a Drainage Certificate (No Charge) in Wellington, West Palm, Greenacres, and all unincorporated county
Find Drainage cert by searching PM Word files.
Neither required in Glen Ridge.
