Survey Disclaimers
A survey is often meant to be used by more than one person for the same general transaction. Some of these people are only looking for one or two specific things. When possible we try to print out what they're looking for. When nesasary we print out that some particular item simply isn't on this particular survey drawing so people will know to order additional work when required.
