Drainage Certificate
This is a confusing issue. This is not a Flood Determination and is not an Elevation Certificate. It is not for insurance and is not for purchase. This is for new construction. Simply put, it's a statement that the new construction won't flood or soak anything nearby, and that nothing nearby will flood the new construction.
